We’re certified by the Massachusetts State Office of Minority and Women Business Assistance as a Minority Business Enterprise/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (MBE/DBE).

We are certified in the Massachusetts Residential Conservation Services (RCS) program and the low-income weatherization program through the CSG/CET. One Way Development is a certified weatherization contractor through the MassSaves program, Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD Massachusetts), and Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) program through the national utility company grid for services including air sealing and blown cellulose insulation.

Abraham Gonzalez, founder of One Way Development, serves on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Minority Contractors Association.

John Tourkantonis is the newest member of the One Way Development LLC. Although he is new to our company, he brings to the table history in the construction industry extending for more than 28 years. His work includes; project management for public, private and institutional sector construction projects. Mr. Tourkantonis' resume also includes a wealth of experience in: project estimation, Green Technology, soil management, extensive residential, commercial and roadway construction projects. John has many Boston area residential large site projects to his credit including: many residential rehabilitations, building additions, remodels, fire and water damage restorations.

John will be working in the capacity of Project Manager for One Way Development LLC with a focus on building expanding our business state wide and regionally.

John is a graduate of Stonehill College '82 and New England Institute of Technology '86.
