Founded by Abraham Gonzalez, One Way’s team consists of a growing team of professional and highly skilled construction tradespeople, estimators, project managers and accounting personnel.  Mr. Gonzalez has carefully expanded the business each year to increase gross revenues, expand the geographic reach of the company, and increase the level of in-house services offered by the firm.  One Way has recently entered the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Program and has recently begun to expand its clientele to include various Federal Government agencies, including the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Bureau of Prisons, the National Park Service, the US Coast Guard and the Navy.

One Way is also certified by the United States Small Business Administration under the Federal 8(a) contracting program for growing minority businesses.  Our initial approach to working in the 8(a) program has been to consistently increase the number and size of Government projects through the competitive bidding process.  As a result of the projects that we have completed, we have a solid resume of Federal/Institutional projects under our belt with a solid knowledge of government processes and procedures.  In addition, so that we are able to provide the highest quality personnel available to work on projects, we have been actively training our staff in Quality Control and Safety Management as taught by the high standards of the Army Corps of Engineers.
